VX5 and Swaro Z5 scope caps

Anyone put aluminas on a VX5 yet? Do they fit same as a VX6? I don't have my VX6 here to take them off and try but want to order some. Also want to get the swarovski caps for my z5 but I'm a bit confused which one I need for the eyepiece end?

Just use your rifle more and you won't have trouble with the dust settling on the lenses while it's in your safe. HaHa

For my Z5 I have the SLP-O-44 (SKU: 5240328) on the Objective however to date I've not found any genuine Swaro product that fits the eye-piece.

The only Swaro eye-piece cover I was ever able to locate was the "SLP-E-46", which is designed to fit the 30mm dia. tubes (Z6, Z8 and X5) but not the 1" tubes.

If you do find a solution please let me know.

I’ve got one also, wanted the caps. It does offer a bit of protection though which is good.

shouldn't cost ya a fortune - just grab a couple of condoms. That way you got your protection well and truly sorted

I guess even with a condom on each end it would still be clearer glass than a vortex.
