I own a H&K 300 which is superb - very accurate and reliable german engineering. It will on average (i.e. not my best groups) shoot a little over 0.5MOA at 100 metres with Hornady V-max ammunition. Disassembly is very easy and it can be cleaned from the chamber end. Trigger is two stage but reasonably crisp. Parts are still available from Numrich and the magazines come up from time to time in NZ.
I have previously owned a [first generation] BRNO 611 'delux' ((?)nickel coated receiver). These are allegedly supposed to be better than the more recent BRNO 611a. These have a bit of mixed reputation (some people love theirs) - mine was ok but not great - would not shoot to start with at all with around 10 different brands/types of ammunition being tried - ended up shortening the barrel and getting it suppressed and it shot ok (30 to 40 mm at 100 metres). Trigger was terrible with heaps of creep and not very straightforward to work on (I ended up making up a small sheet metal spacer as a temporary fix that I placed behind the trigger overtravel pin/bar to reduce the pull (difficult to explain sorry), which made it better but not perfect).
The other one I would be keen to have a go with is a Ruger 10/22 magnum (or equivalent). I have not tried one of these but if it is anything to go by I have a lever action 96/22 Magnum that shoots MOA with a 4x scope all day long. The engineering in the magnums (I expect both lever and semi) is heaps better than the ordinary 10/22's (22LR) which, in my experience of 3 of them are, without work 'fantastically inaccurate'.
Hope that helps.
