About LinkBacksAnother option is for you to put your hand on a tikka/ sako barrel in 308, that you can get shortened and fitted to your current action while keeping the 30-06 spare. That way you can revert to the original configuration if you want to sell your rifle and keep a good value.
Get a carbon stock for it and a lighter supressor and you are good to go.
