7 prc? Mines 20" so i carry my suppressor in my pack on the walk in if bush bashing. It's doing over 2900 fps with hand loaded 175 burgers, golf ball sized holes on the off side shoulder when shoulder shooting red stags out to 500 yards. What ever route you go, I highly recommend a tripod and matching mount on your rifle, I rarely use my bipod in steep country now, even in knee high tussock. I've shot goats out to 600 yards off my tripod so it's stable and serves well
