Warning: Stolen Pulsar Thermal and NV products.

We have been requested by our head office in Lithuania to be on the lookout for a consignment of Pulsar thermal imagers and night vision optics that were stolen whilst in transit to Latvia.

The stolen goods include Pulsar Quantum Lites, Helion XQ and XP, Trail XQ and XP, Pulsar Core clip-on thermals, and a variety of night vision devices.

Due to the 'Dual-Use' (civilian and military) nature of these products, Yukon Advanced Optics Global is working closely with Interpol, the European Commission, and all authorities party to the Waasenaar Arrangement.

Please PM me if you see for sale, or are offered for sale, cut priced new or newish Pulsar products from an unauthorised source, either in New Zealand or abroad. All our New Zealand authorised dealers are listed on our website, and bonafide dealers worldwide are forbidden to export these goods overseas in accordance with the Waasenaar Arrangement, ITAR, etc. Illegally trafficking 'strategic goods' is an offence, whilst illegally trafficking stolen 'strategic goods' is very naughty indeed.

Archetype Precision Systems Limited t/a Yukon Optics New Zealand is the only company in that is licensed to distribute Pulsar Dual-Use goods within New Zealand.

    Thanks guys.

Yukon Optics New Zealand and Pulsar night vision, thermal image, and daylight optics.. Night vision systems, binoculars, goggles, spotting scopes, thermal imagers, riflescopes, rifle sights, range finders. For outdoor recreation, boating, hunting, fi

They'll end up on the battlefield in some fucked up country before long. Reminds me of the time I came across a child soldier in central Africa wearing SASR issue jellybeans.

    FU** Waasenaar Arrangement, ITAR, etc.

They only make it a pain for legitimate users to get their hands on stuff whyle making money for government rubber stampers. The stolen equipment will never end up in NZ it will be worth far more in Syria or some other rat hole.

Actually you are wrong. The Waasenaar Arrangement is current, and New Zealand is a signatory. Check out http://www.mfat.govt.nz/en/trade/tra...re-controlled/

These goods can turn up in New Zealand either by people travelling, or by having associates send equipment. I am asking anyone who has any information about suspicious sales through unauthorised dealers to contact us so that we may contact the manufacturer, the New Zealand Police, and the New Zealand Customs. Preventing trafficking of Strategic Goods is part of our agreement with our manufacturer, and for the maintenance of our export/ import licence.

Maybe so, but we are still bound by these conventions because we we live in New Zealand, and our gear is made in Lithuania and Scotland.
