    Try not to use electronics when they have water in them as this can cause more damage by shorting the circuits.

    Best thing to do is immediately remove the batteries without turning it on and put it in a bag or uncooked rice or silica desiccant.

    Put the bag in the hot water cupboard and forget about it for several days.
