About LinkBacksI cant believe what a grey area this is. One of our local cops has told a mate on at least two occasions that it is fine just to send an electronic proof of FAL, IE a scanned copy. Others, including myself, have been told by the same cop station that we have to fill out the form, get it signed by serving cop, and send hard copy to the seller.
