    It has been well cleaned after every session (tooth brush, plastic pick, rag and then rem oil on a rag) but with my old eyes I have never noticed a problem. It wasn't until I ran the magnifying glass over it this morning that I saw the issue. The not ejecting problem only happened on Sunday.
