Thread: What do Pig hunters want ?

Thanks to all who replied, certainly given me a direction to go in (or should I say 2).

I seems that both ideas are the way to go so I shall see what I can do with the single shot Rossi 410 to make a dedicated suppressed slug gun but there also seems a lot of interest in a lever gun (two people contacted me and have placed orders). As such I have ordered a Citadel in 357/38 (38 is sub sonic and 357 for more punch).

The plan is to cut the Citadel down to min legal length (maybe 3-5 rounds) and add a modified over barrel can and see how that goes, I have one guy who shoots deer at longer range and does not want to drag his long range gun with him when he gets the animal, as was mentioned people want a pistol, so this would be as near to a pistol as you could legally have.

Just used a citadel instead of a rossi
Should work perfectly though maybe work out some places you can make lighting cuts to make it lighter as well
The lighter and shorter the better eh even flute the barrel if you wanted to get really flashy
