Apart from the fact the change in clarity happened over a 15 min period on the range , when not being used the Scope is stored in a heated gun safe.

This is inside the ocular lens on the reticle plane?

Is it just me or is the bottom vertical bar of the rectical wonky as well?

Reticle is fine. I think that's just the lens effecting the picture.
