Burris Zee rings every time for me - for Tikka's you need to get specific bases, either weaver style bases, or the Remington ones & then Burris Zee rings to suit. Big advantage of the Zee rings over Optiloks is the variable moa inserts that allow you to set your scope up with 5, 10 or 20 moa slope for long range. Also I find the Optilok screws are very easy to strip which is a giant pain in the arse when you come to try and remove or loosen them.
