    dry cleaning fluid, i used to buy 50ml bottle from the pharmacy but any dry cleaning places could sell you some. its non toxix but it will remove oil from your skin so be careful.
    i used to use carbon tetrachloride but its hard to get now as people know how to make phosgene (mustard gas) out of it
