Measure the base of the copper bit with a vernier and let us know. Should help a bit with identification.
Looks like they could be .22 calibre BB caps.
Need a reference to judge size
30calibre plinking projectiles something like 100grns is my guess....seen similar for sale
Just went round and picked them up because they didn’t want them in the house. Not real rounds it’s solid base with Lead tip
.308" Hornady 'Plinkers' that were available years ago, good for .30 M1 Carbine, and I used to load then in .32 ACP in the '70's for training Armoured Freightways staff before they were disarmed.

They look like they would expand pretty good with all that exposed lead at the front. Obviously velocity depending.
Could be ok for loading Subsonic if a Meplat was lathed/drilled in them
Sorry to be the party pooper guys but I believe they are Speer 100 gr Plinkers. The Hornady appear to be more pointy.
I bought a box many many years ago (£ s d) to try in my 308. Accuracy was terrible. I think they were produced to suit the M1 Carbine.

Yes, Speer, on reflection (it was 47 years ago) they were in yellow packets, not red.
