I had the same thoughts about the .22. Possibly its not the Martini International which was the predecessor but equal of the Anshutz 1407. It could shoot quite well eg for a B or C grade smallbore novice and would be worth about half of a 1407 soabout the $300-$400 mark if in fair condition with a sling and perhaps a case and cleaning rod.he’d need much higher resolution photos to get serious interest.
The rear sight looks like its aperture and shade have been taken off. So is there a little box with sight paraphenalia about ? That would make it useable but if theyre not complete then a Toz would make a better project rifle. I have seen one converted to 22Hornet but 17HMR would be better these days. Could be adapted for 22 benchrest …
