A couple of rifles a very good mate has acquired from his Dad that sadly passed in mid Jan, he was wondering what they'll worth & asked if I'd put em up on here ( old bangers are not my forte )

The second is a Parker Hale sporterised P14, to put the label on it. Can't see enough in the pics to tell which version it is (Winchester, Remington or Remington/Eddystone).
I will give the BSA a go - I have an earlier one - pity nothing else with it - should be parts for the sights blades etc - many had a nice carrying box made for them - sadly not huge value - I would say $ 4-500 todays market - suit newby at small bore but not someone serious - cut down into sporter good project for someoneQuote:

Did a nice little sporter from one but light they are not lol.
I do like the bsa (p14).
Be extra good if the barrel is good but in my limited experience, they mostly aren't.
I have several. It's either a model D or E.
Straightened floorplate, sporter stock, drilled for an aperture sight and hard to tell from the pics but possibly a new barrel (not military I mean).
Hard to tell the market on that one.
The bloody sticks are like unicorn excrement and seem to go for way over a hundy on their own. With a mint barrel 400 or maybe more to the right buyer.

I think our prices for the BSA .22 are close to mark
300-500 for the bsa depending on the market
I sold a couple a couple of years ago for around the 400 mark
Things are slow at the moment but starting to pick up as people bite the bullet with registration
303 could be anywhere from 100-600 just depends on it’s condition
Looks like a very nice sporter but most of them are fucked due to being used with milsurp coredite ammo and not cleaned correctly
If it’s got a good bore it’s actually quite rare and worth a bit more but a rifle with no bore isn’t a rifle
