4 handfuls of beads, 5 blankets and an axe head.
To Buy, I have heard they are good shooters and still can fetch a good price.
I think I might have paid ~$400 odd new for mine in 1991 if that helps at all?
It shoots fine, nothing particularly stellar to be honest but plenty good enough. The bore hasn't seen a brush in probably 20 years though so take that with a pinch of salt.
I managed to lighten up the trigger a heap, it really deserves someone that knows what they're doing to try and get it better. I'm sure that would tighten things up a lot.
Good luck with the purchase, mine has huge sentimental value being the first rifle I bought myself and is now worth $6,250.00
Not as much as a Brno! Last one I sold was a 1420, fairly rare, $700.
I hate the stupid bolt with its side pin and cocking notch, they wear out and don’t lock on cocking, bloody hopeless with wear, but the barrels are beat. Mod 54 actions the one to get!
Boom, cough,cough,cough
I sold a mint one here in oz recently for about $900, I think they're around $1650 new. It was an pretty good shooter, but to be honest no better than my CZ452. I hated the two piece bolt and couldn't see any advantages over my CZ's, so I sold mine. IMO save your $$$'s for a model 54 if you're really after an anschutz.
Brother in law bought it with a vari power Nikko Stirling scope, spare 10 shot mag, sling in mint condition ( had a packet of ammo through it) for $ 500. Nice looking rifle.
