Thread: When will the VX-5HD and VX-6HD models be updated / superceded?

Just something I'm curious about, how often do Leupold replace their model lineups?

I see the VX3i is now the VX-3HD, anyone hazard a guess when the VX-5HD and VX-6HD lines will be updated or superceded?

I was googling around to find out when the older VX-6 line came out but couldn't seem to find it, I think the VX-5HD and VX-6HD came out in 2017.

Haha too late for me...already have had a VX-5HD 3-15 for a while..

Personal opinion, but I think it will be when the cheaper options catch up with them... For example the Burris signature hd range are getting pretty close

Yeah good point, I saw that @25/08IMP mentioned they are coming out with a Burris CDS dial as well...Burris are good value.

I'd love a scope with a very good low magnification and a high magnification with a side focus. Something like a Z8i 1.7 -13.3 but not costing over 4k...
