most rifles will do that. Like VC says give it some thought as having a rifle made this way gives you a chance to get what you want.
I'm just waiting for a new toy now. Is something a bit different from the usual super duper long range thingy ma jigs you normally see people buying (FWIW I ended up buying a remington m700 rifle to raid the action from and for now the stock).

the bad news is factory rifles generally work out to be more cost effective to buy

If just to shoot a lot of goats with, something cheap that shoots cheap factory ammo like 223, 7.62x39 would be the go I recon.

If wanting to stretch the range on animals and gongs then you need more horsepower obviously.
