If finally opened up my single shot H&R single shot and worked out the reason it wont reliably fire, the pin has broken off the plunger
is there a NZ supplier of these parts?

What kind of rifle is it
Its a harrington and richardson single shot hammer type break open 45/70
i think they are called NEF handy rifles now
I can get a part from usa but i really dont want to go thru the rigmarole of exporting what will hopefully be a low cost piece
I've probably got one I'll have a dig around in my parts and have a look in the next couple of days
@Bill999
If you can't find one then we can make one.
Or
Repair the one you have.
Cheers

Arguing with an Engineer is like Wrestling a Pig in Mud.
After awhile you realise the Pig loves it.
Do you know if its an SB 1 or sb2 they are good little rifles
I'm not sure which model it is, how would I tell?
that is the only wrighting on the entire rifle unless there is some under the scope mount that I cannot see
I'll see if I can find one where about are you
Im up north in Kaitaia, but i go down to whangarei quite a bit
Numrich (who apparently won't ship internationally anymore) show parts for the New England Arms SB2 but the firing pin although similar looks different to the one in the thread photo.
