I've measured my bolt - eyebox clearances and also bbl - objective bell clearances . No way can I achieve lower mounting unless I go 30-32 mm objective diameter. However, the eyebox clearances are not a problem and I could mount lower even with 45mm.

What you need to do Woody is get rid of that Shultzie with the high bolt lift !!
I could bring my Vixen ( scope ) along on our date for the 25th, its outside your parameters, but might show what the glass is like?

If you mount too low then your will see the end of your barrel/suppresser in your site picture which I find really annoying. Something to consider.

What my measurements indicate is that I could mount a 30mm tube with a quite large eyebox, as low as a 1"tube vx3 2 5-8*36 no problem. This opens up a number of choices of 1-8+ illuminated reticle scopes with 24mm objective lens and with a quite large eyebox.

I love mine. If it had low profile capped turrets it would be perfect.

Edit: now that I do a google it looks like they are available? Whats the deal with getting these sorts of things out of the states?

Well ! Been round the traps pretty thoroughly from NZ, OZ, USA, Belgium, Austria, Germany, UK, Japan, China and home again. The best mid value I found were Delta 1-6*24 and Vixen same specs. Both v good construction and reputation.circa Nz$1200. BUT-- I came across a sh NXS Nightforce 2-10*32 illum at what I hope was a fair price, and I've paid for it. Almost double the others but hopefully worth the investment. It meets all my criteria I think.
