    If the guy is supplying you a scope free to evaluate and provide feedback why is such a large sum needed as a deposit ?
    If he isn't supplying the scope free for evaluation and charging you ( us ) to review and provide feed back on his product then I think he's out of touch with how to gain market and exposure .
