    My rifle has a "Schuler" style two piece stock. The fore end is fixed via two studs, this allows the barrel to move as it heats up.

    I have flipped the ivory night bead halfway up, it folds over the gold bead front sight when in use or into the front sight ramp when not in use.
    Night sights are crucial when hunting Trolls and Vampires.
