    Wife's new rifle

    Hi Guys ,

My wife has just got her licence , and a friend has given her a almost new little rifle he does not use , its a Uberti baby rolling block in .357 Mag , its a neat little rifle , single shot and low recoil etc , perfect for her .
Post some pics later , hope to shoot it on the weekend .

    Cheers Chris

that sounds like an awesome wee carry rifle, could take care of most needs here in NZ if she gets in close enough and uses the right ammo.

    Yeah ,

Hope to take it out on the weekend ? , with the whole family , have some 158gr mild 38spl ammo to put thru it , so its going to be very soft recoil wise .

A very light trim little rifle to be sure , neat simple action as well .

This is more of a forward planning thing , ie when I kick the bucket , my wife is able to legally have all the rifles etc , and is not forced into a fire sale type situation .
My wife is younger than me .

    Hi Guys ,

This rifle is about 5 yrs old , and was given to my wife my a friend that had brought it for his girl friend to use , she was not interested in it , and she split a few yrs back ,
My friend he brought it from Neil Hayes down in Carterton , I think .

    Cheers Chris
