the originals are not so common, and neither are the clones.
originals are rare as they are sort after and collectable. the clones are also rare as most have been thrown in the creek.

No not lever. 1897 pump shotguns. Any one know there average value. Made them all the way up to the 50s
Original 97s can sell here, anywhere from $1000 up to $2000 depending on condition. I imported some really nice ones from the US for around
$1500.
I imagine the "Wild Bunch" have bought up most of them. I rem Norinco was making the clone in the "Trench" format too.

Yea i see that one. But to many people will bid on that and drive the price up. Want to pay realistic price as it will be a collection investment and a lil bit of slam firing :) beautiful!

Spoke to SAI today. The gun is expected to sell for upwards of 3000 dollars. Thats so dam expensive its not funny. If it was a wartime shotgun then possibly. But jez louise thats way to much. Going to look at importing one i think.
