Hey Nick, If its a New Haven model, in good usable condition, shouldn't be more than 6-700 tops in excellent condition. I bought a .270 at Teds auction last year on an impulse buy for 400 and sold it for 500. It was tidy but needed the buttpad replaced.
If yours is 'well used' I would offer 500.
