    Look more like Millet rings than Leupold. Can’t move the back base to the front as noted earlier - different heights. You would be able to reverse the front one and back one (I.e. remove the 2 screws and turn each base 180 degrees) - depending on the where the holes are drilled in the receiver and base that may give you a few more mm to move the scope.
