I'm always thinking about selling a few rifles and buying a .338, like you, I think the Edge is the way to go.

I got a 45/70 for the time being...

This rifle can shoot for sure! First time firing it I hit the gong at 770y at @BRADS last year.

I was as surprised as @Philipo given that his rifles usually aren't sighted in.

Everyone spent the months of anticipation leading up to the shoot sighting in their rifles, checking and rechecking their drop charts, making sure everything was in place, and Phil rocks up and starts banging away with a tikka that didnt even have the rings done up...

I think I allowed myself about 2 weeks to set up two rifles, do load development, load up as much ammo as I could and sight in. It showed too!

Bro I wasted most my bergers neckshooting the shit out of one of those deer silhouettes and wondering why I wasnt getting a ringing sound, thought I must have been missing and couldnt understand why..... nobody bothered to tell me they didnt have steel behind the neck haha
