    Your favourite firearms.

At the moment this would have to be mine:

My Sako 75, originally a .243 that I bought secondhand in 2008, now rebarreled to 6.5x47 Lapua with a 20" ultramatch 1:8" Trueflite. McMillan Sako 75 stock with EDGE, Roedale Delta IV Ultralight suppressor, Gunworks custom picatinny rail.

Scope is a 3-12x50 PMII that I'm swapping between 2 rifles until my second one arrives(February apparently). 34mm Roedale PSG rings, Eagle stockpack in MULTICAM (of course).

Despite the giant lump of a scope it's reasonably light, and really well balanced. As well as being great to carry, I find it easy to shoot offhand and it seems to be very accurate. Shot about 10 tahr with it a month ago, first trip out with the new barrel. From 100 out to 380 meters, no problems. I didn't try any longer shots on animals as I'm out of practice and didn't have proper ballistics, but did shoot a pinecone at 450 meters after zeroing.

Looking foward to using it more this summer! 2 weeks to go...
