    Zastava Single set trigger

Hello Guys - I see there is a Zastava single set trigger on TM. Does anybody have experience with this trigger and an opinion as to its performance?? Seems they are fitted to the Mini-Mausers as well as the standard Mauser 98 size. The interweb has very little about them that I can find . . . .

    Thanks

Just to ask as I have just bought a Zastava Serbia 7.62x39. Do they generally come with set triggers?? To be honest I didn`t realise they had them. Haven`t received the rifle yet so no idea if it has set or not.

not that I know of...some one asked about it ages ago...think it moved forwards to set then as normal but was light....neither of mine do it,but as said both are great as they are.
paitence...it will get there and you will be able to have fun with her....find some hornady ammo in the mean time LOL.

Never heard or them with set triggers but they do have an extremly ajustable one. Haad a brno with single set, never used that function though.

Early Zastavas had twin triggers like your BRNO, not seen one like the TM one.

I've had two M85's in 223. Both had set triggers. Push it forward and it was lighter. I think it is a bit of a gimmick and didn't bother with it, in fact using the set trigger sent a weird vibration through the rifle.
The trigger is highly adjustable and when at optimal setting (light with no creep and very little over travel) the set trigger seemed to disappear.
So you can have a light set trigger with an average main pull, or an excellent normal pull and no set trigger.
