Try your local firearms retailer, most wholesalers ignore requests from the general public.
Outdoor Sports are the agent for Zeiss. If your problem is the eye-cup cracking and not being able to maintain correct eye-relief, then you are not alone. Mine have been replaced twice and now broken a third time. Unfortunately Outdoors Sports take an eternity to receive and evaluate them for ‘repair’, so I haven’t bothered to send them in again.
When I spoke to them at the Sika Show, they were adamant that they had to be sent in via a retailer.
Sent mine via retailer, repaired and back within the week.
