Zeiss zero stop- help a dumbass out

So now that i dont need heaps of moa i was planning to put the zero stop screw in my hd5.
The thing is the screw hole is on the wrong side?
If i screw it in i cant dial anything as its anti clockwise for up and for obvious reasons it hits the pin.
Anyone point out my error? @R93

Pick up the turret and locate it so the pin is on the other side of the zero stop screw.
Place your turret so 0 is on the mark and you should have 16.2 MOA

Not unless you turn the turret to do so.
Lift it out and locate it on the right of the screw and you will not loose zero.

No that piece/internal turret should lift out so you can locate it anywhere you want.
I do this on the range after zeroing.
Have only had to do it once since having the scope.

Lift out the black bit of plastic with the horizontal pin.
Locate it with the horizontal pin next to hole of vertical pin
Replace numbered turret with the zero on the alignment mark
    Replace screw.
    Done

Ha Ha. I couldn't explain it as good as Timmay so thought I better ring ya.

Mine only gets 16 or 16.2 as I lost the original pin and had to force fit a carpet nail to do the same job😆
