Thread: Ziess Warranty

This was 10 years ago but I have a Ziess HD5 that I bought in from the States and it got dust on the reticle. I packaged it up and posted it direct to the factory in Austria with a note included and sent a follow up email. A couple of months later it arrived back. Customs bounced me and wanted proof that it was a repair and not a new scope. Fortunately I had kept the email so they released it. It was refurbished and like new. Still got it. Beaut 'scope.
