Thread: Ziess Warranty

Hi All,
I'm interested to hear if anyone has made a warranty claim for a ziess riflescope recently. If so, how did it go? Do they cover accidental damage?
I'm pretty set on getting a conquest v4. They seem to tick a lot of boxes for me. However just in the last couple of days, I noticed an issue with one of my vortex scopes. Not a manufacturers issue, but when I contacted vortex they were super responsive and still keen to get the issue sorted. Its early days and I'm yet to see the process through, but it makes me wonder if I should put more emphasis on a lifetime, no questions warranty like what vortex offers. I wonder if the likes of Ziess would sort the same type of issue and I suspect not. But I'm keen to hear any first hand experience.
