    Gotta ask why your smoking hinds in spring...is it a farm paddock where they're somewhat controlled?

    Got to keep numbers in check aye. This place has big numbers of animals (as you can see they are right out in the middle with no cover), so ya need to keep on top of them. Good eating too.
