Huntering nub question... what do you mean retarded? Like the stag was injured?

Great hunting stories like that almost make me rush out and buy a .17hmr but I'm afraid of the recoil.

Dropped with one shot with a 140 gr ttsx very late in the hour while it was peacefully feeding on the river flat. So E- must try harder .

Think full mouthed with some wear but a tiny 7 points with nubs for tines. (And had to cross a bloody cold river up to my crotch to retrieve which was very retarded)
