    We had a similar experiance to you guys. Very very very few animals seen and very little sign. Will be submitting a good bit of info to doc regarding the limited animals and very little animal sign.

    What block were you in?
    Experience. What you get just after you needed it.

    @Shearer we had block 6. A few nice chamois seen one old buck taken.

    Interesting how things change with the seasons ah. In the spring round block 6 had the second most number of animals shot.

    Block 6 (Upper Glenroy), 4-7 Nov – shot 12 deer

    Ok. I know someone who was in there in spring and their party saw quite a few animals but we did it pretty tough in Block 5. Seems to be a bit of variation depending on the time of year. Roar blocks may be made available a little earlier next year too.
    Experience. What you get just after you needed it.

    Loved the yarns you guys posted , it certainly is grand looking country just a pity there weren't a few more animals about. As you say though it's about being there with good mates that makes the trip a success.
