A really frustrating run on private land - four hunts, four deer but a mission to capture the right footage!
I became convinced the place was jinxed!
I hope you enjoy!

Cool video, cheers.
How do you find the meat bags? Keeps flies off and won't sweat? Been looking at more sustainable options rather than pillow cases.
Found pillow cases better than muslin for flies, just not interested in throwing stuff out all the time. I can't wash the pillow cases if they have hair as wife gets a bit annoyed. Keen to look at the options like the ones clubbie used. Can see the benefit in hosing them out etc.
I wouldn’t use anything else other than pillow cases from op shops. I usually buy two or three every time I see a shop. Mates ‘borrow’ them and I always seem to need more.
No matter what you use, you’ll need to wash it some how. I just chuck my pillow cases in a bucket of cold water when I get home, then nappy sand.
Tried Muslim cloth this weekend and it was useless.
Yep i agree, pillow cases are bloody hard to beat, flys cannot blow through them, can easily tie them and hang in a tree to cool etc. They seem to last forever, I do the same, soak in a bucket of water with a scoop of nappy san for a couple of days then wash in the machine and they come up mint every time no matter the state they were in.
I got given quite a few when my hunting mate owned a small motel and was always replacing them.
@GWH Did he give you a free motel Gideon bible to take on your hunting trips (and to recite verses to your mates from)?
My advice is don't buy coloured pillow cases if they are cheap. The die runs something terrible when you wash them and if you use them un-washed it gets onto the meat. I get cream or white. Sure, white shows stains but the same stains are on the coloured ones, you just can't see them.
I love them, they are fly proof, super breathable and really stain resistant. The webbing straps make them easy to carry and hang. I just hose them off then chuck them through the wash and they come out like new.
They weigh next to nothing and pack into their own pocket.
