39 recoverd kilos of meat.

As you can see there is at least two kilos of meat still on that frame but got to leave something for the dogs ;)
And another 2kilo of shot damage an general trimming of sinu etc makes 43 kilo of recoverable meat.

Not the biggest hind(red) i have ever got but close.

I think my 90k carry weight estimate with head and liver was a bit under!
