A leg hold trap inside a piece of pipe placed on a 'run' works a treat esp along the side of a creek. Tie two strings to the trap so that the trap can be tied in the centre and cant be pulled out and played with by a dog. Place a hens egg in the pipe. Use salted rabbit in a cage trap
