So am I. They are painted over what appears to be a vent (as per my examples in a previous post).

When I stood up close and had a look I didn't notice any vents, just penguins:D
The Dunny is down the back behind a shower curtain on the left hand side, halfway up the lower ramp. It's visible in one of my pic's.
You are encouraged to go for a crap before you get on the plane.

Funny, I was just at the airport (best local coffee) and watches one Taiwanese herks taking off and they have the same "vents"

Finally - word from my SAAF connections who obviously operate the same aircraft. He says:
"Vents for the cabin pressure outflow valve, to regulate the pressure between the aircraft interior and the exterior atmosphere."
