Ah ok. Interesting. Never thought it'd work looking down onto one

Is a lot easier than going to the bottom and looking up

The range of what we think and do is limited by what we fail to notice. And because we fail to notice that we fail to notice, there is little we can do to change; until we notice how failing to notice shapes our thoughts and deeds

Great stuff. Interesting strategy re: looking down the slip, will try that.

@Shootm nice work with the backup shot. I was let down by my PH on a first time big game hunt in NT. He failed to back me up and as a result we spent two and a half days tracking a wounded Asian buff that dropped to my .416RM and then got up and took off. He actually stopped me from putting a second shot in while it was down and never even had his .458 unslung...

Absolutely nothing wrong with giving your first timer the shot and quickly covering with a backup. Good ethics and great sportsmanship shown by the pair of you.

10MRT shooters do it 60 times, in two directions and at two speeds.

As it turned out my shot wasn’t needed anyway.
