    Found rifle - Story time

Run into this at morgan hut - durville valley, lake rotoroa. Assuming it was found somewhere in the durville valley & left at the hut.

Surely someone on here knows the owner & story behind it

Give the serial number to the police and end their misery of searching for a grey firearm, Carhill should be told to remove it from his list

It’s Bunjis backup rifle with a folding stock, he uses it when he’s emptied the mag on his first rifle and doesn’t have time to reload it while mowing down hordes of 11”+ chamois.
He lost the backup rifle when it also emptied and he dropped it while he ran after some wounded chamois to finish them off with his knife…
