Nice countryside and a great day for hunting. Even better, you didn't need to walk up there using Shank's Pony. Thanks for sharing.

I'd like to challenge you to improve your shooting and do more of the clean drops like the two around 3'40". I used to just "aim at the big bit" years ago but nothing ruins a day faster than a gut-shot goat crying like a human baby in a shitty little cutting full of bush lawyer, matagouri and rosehip. If you make a conscientious effort to have respect for the game (even stinky goats) and only take neck shots you'll find your shooting will improve no end. You might have to pass up the odd shot and you might miss the first few, but believe me - once you get your eye in you'll be deadly, impress your mates and gain mega satisfaction from the clean kills.

Cheers for the advice! There were some average shots but there was a bit of wind affecting the longer shots. I have just got my .300 win mag so will be focusing on neck shots for deer

    Fixed it.

Only way you get better is with practice.

I suggest practicing on steel gongs and rocks instead of gut shooting goats though.
