Glad to see you considered all the submissions from our law abiding firearms owners community.
However its Time for said community to be even more vigilant, lest our rights are removed from us by stealth.
Still don't see anything in the accepted recommendations that will dissuade Criminals for aquiring firearms illegally, apart from clarifying Gang Members and prospects are not to be considered "fit and proper".
Would this now mean that if your a criminal but not a Gang member or a prospect then could you still be considered as "fit and proper"?
