Making your own salami?
No, salamis done by homekill butcher at Waiuku, min. qty. of 9kg per batch of salamis.
He'll take whole deer carcasses with hide on, and butcher it himself, with very little waste. Salamis $10.00 ea., and sausages $6.00 per kg. Real nice guy, hunts as well.
