    How do you get an exit hole when you find the bullet under the skin on the other side of the shoulder?

    Exit as in which way the bullet is travelling, the bullet exited through the shoulder and lodged under the skin. I didn't realise this was a case for CSI ?? I thought it was pretty straight forward.
