    hunting with a mate

we've all got a mate we hunt with and for the best part of 10 years my mate and i have hunted together rain hail or shine and have never managed to bag a deer together until our last hunt before i move away we finally had some luck. our initial plan was to go for a duck shoot but due to the good weather we decided wed try for one last deer hunt. we all know that when you go for a hunt you get that "feeling" that you might just get lucky. in our case this "feeling" ended up in 2 deer.
finally we get so share the thrill of a successful hunt, and a few rums as tradition has it.... (its never too late to start a new tradition)

Awesome - it's a hard road finding the "lucky" mate - the one who you always see deer with!!
Being over gunned is under rated.
