Kaweka Trip

Not long outve the kaweka ranges, had unbelievable weather over the week we were there. Later the roar however the weather was ideal and still had a few stags making noise up higher. Took 3 brothers in with me for their first trip chasing sika with them all resulting in getting their first japs. Hind and yearling on day 3 for camp meat and then small 6 and nice little 4 the last 2 days. Alotve sign, came across 10 hinds and 5 stags all within 20m. Locked eyes with a big 6 which still lives to tell the story. Cant beat it. Heres a few pics
