Thread: Long time between hunts

Hadn’t been hunting since July managed to get away for 4 nights it was a very different trip without my old dog spook
My little jack Russell Slave just awesome dog
Reasonable camp meal
Some handy animals close to camp
Up in some nice bush
Shot with my 44 magnum from 80 yards fantastic track and find by slave just getting better and better
Slave caught this kid it was bigger than him
It was awesome to get out hunting after such a long time took a couple of days for me and the dogs to get back into the rhythm of it all just great to be out on the hill with the dogs certainly missed old spook with the treatment iam on my health seems to be improving won’t know for sure until my next scan onwards and upwards for next year
