    I liked the vid clip. A nice measured approach. Not giving each other whispered instructions (that "just squeeze the trigger gently", "stay calm" and "aim at the centre of the shoulder" chatter drives me crazy). Relaxed after the shot. Calmly confirmed the hit. No rush or panic. Then ejecting the spent case.
